Suffolk Seniors beaten in two pre-season matches against Kent and Hertfordshire

Suffolk Seniors had their annual friendly matches against Kent and Hertfordshire prior to commencing their 2022 East Anglian league campaign.

On Monday 25th April they took on an extremely strong Kent side at Rochester & Cobham Golf Club, the match ending in a disappointing 9-1 defeat.Roger Nicholson secured their only point winning 4 & 3.

The following day Suffolk took on Hertfordshire at South Herts Golf Club where they again suffered defeat by 9.5 to 2.5 Gary Seaman and John Newsome both recording 4 & 3 wins with Simon Goldsmith halving his game.
