The final of the 2022 Parks Trophy, between Rushmere and Diss, was played at Bungay & Waveney Valley Golf Club (2021 winners) on Thursday 22 September.
The opening match finished all square, Rushmere’s Graham Hurren and Gary Simpson were 4 up in the second game and further wins from Tom Howard and Ricky Ling and and Kevin Hilton and Dick Ford, both by 1 hole ,saw Rushmere win the match by 6 holes.
With the match play finals over no more points are available who were at the top of the points scorers for the overall order of merit (scratch), the junior OOM, the Senior OOM and the handicap order of merit.
The U12`s played the very last match of the Junior season on Sunday, held at Ryston Golf Club against Norfolk.
