Southwold Golf Club Junior Open, 24th June 2023
Following the success of the first two Junior Open tournaments, the next will be the Southwold Junior Open, to be held on Saturday 24th June 2023.
This should be a delightful event and will be played on one of Suffolk`s oldest courses founded in 1884. A James Braid design, it is a coastal heathland layout with 18 different tees providing a challenging test of golf, especially in the wind!
The other week we had an U14 county match v Norfolk at Southwold Golf Club, the course was in superb condition and they looked after us very well. With a very reasonable entry fee and plenty of prizes, it should be a wonderful event for competitors to gain more points in the Suffolk Junior Open Series 2023.
