Silver Barrel

The Silver Barrel,a Suffolk Order of Merit event in the Woodward Markwell Race to Aldeburgh, was held at Ipswich Golf Club on Thursday 17th June. It was played over 18 holes and attracted 59 competitors.

Simon Godbold carded a 72 for the lowest gross score followed by James Holland with 73, Matthew Eaves 74 and Alex Milne, Ian Carter and Jordan Dymond who all shot 75.

The Silver Barrel Trophy is presented to the nett winner who was David Markham who carded a 77, handicap 9, nett 68 from James Holland 73-4-69 and Sam Bollen 78-8-70
