Semi-finalists of Hambro and Tolly Competitions are revealed
The Hambro Cup saw a close encounter at Bury St Edmunds as defending champions Brett Vale were beaten by 4 holes in the end. An equally close affair at Ufford Park saw visitors Rushmere triumph by 3 holes. Elsewhere Diss won by 8 at Thorpeness and Stowmarket won by 11 at home to Rookery Park. In the Tolly Cobbold Cup there were emphatic wins for Haverhill and Fynn Valley. Rookery Park, having their third away match of the competition won by 7 at the Suffolk and Stowmarket won on the road at Southwold by a single hole.
