PARKS TROPHY REACHES SEMIFINAL STAGE

The quarterfinals of the Parks Trophy took place on 18th July on what turned out to be great weather day. The tighest game was at Halesworth where the holders just got the better of Seckford by one hole. All matches were very close. At Felixstowe a stand out score of +12 to one group saw them home by 7 holes against a spirited performance by Diss. Rookery Park got the better of Thorpeness by 6 holes with a strong looking Bungay and Waveney Valley side getting a 16 hole victory over Woodbridge.

The semi- finals are on Thursday 15th August (Venues to be confirmed)

Matches are:   Rookery Park v Halesworth and Felixstowe Ferry v Bungay and Waveney Valley
