Hambro and Tolly Cobbold cups results

Pictured is Haverhill Hambro team who had a good victory over Southwold by 8 holes. The tie of the round could have been at Bury St Edmunds who had a 2 hole victory over Stowmarket however  it may be that the Halesworth victory over Diss by 1 hole sneaks the award. Elsewhere there were comfortable wins of Thorpeness and Felixstowe and fine win at Flempton for Gorleston.

Meanwhile the Tolly Cobbold draw paired neighbours The Suffolk and Bury St Edmunds. In the end the visitors managed a victory at the second extra hole.

There were three other wins for the visiting side. Congratulations to Diss, Gorleston and Fynn Valley. Otherwise the home sides dominated with comfortable wins.

The next round on 25th May is awaited. Details of the updated draw can be found on the website.
