After a dominant display to win the Suffolk Junior team championship it was off to the England golf champion team event being hosted by Spalding GC in Lincolnshire.
Issy, Jess and Dylan had a great first day with all scoring well and joint lead with 85pts (2 scores to count) with Easthampstead. Another fine performance on the second day added 71 points. Easthampstead had a better score but the 71 points left the Suffolk team runners up 4 pts clear of the third team.
After conferring with many people it is believed to easily be the best finish and most points scored by a Suffolk team so very well done to the young golfers.
