England Golf Men’s County Qualifying

Suffolk were competing against 10 other Counties at Ashford Golf Club on Saturday 13th July when they attempted to reach the English Men’s County Championship Final which is to be held at Huddersfield Golf Club 27-29th September.

Suffolk were lying 4th after the morning round on 432 with Kent on 425, Surrey 427 and Middlesex 431. They improved their afternoon score by 6 shots for a total of 858 and an extremely creditable 3rd place behind Kent on 845 and Surrey 849.
