Coffey and McCleary shine in Skill tests

Suffolk Under 14 and Under 12 squads finished their monthly coaching sessions at Ufford Park with a series of skills tests, devised by coaches Kelvin Vince, Simon Byford and Rob Pritchard. The boys were awarded points for driving, mid irons, pitching, chipping, bunker play and putting.

Under 14 winner was Patrick Coffey (Woodbridge) and joint second were Jonathan Points (Bury St Edmunds) and Charlie Langdon (Aldeburgh). Under 12 winner was Ethan McCleary (Bury St Edmunds) with Finley Edwards (Stowmarket) in second place and Jacob Severn (Bury St Edmunds) third. Ethan also had the best overall score for both age groups.
