Callum Pearce wins Seaton Robson

Aldeburgh Golf Club was the venue for the Seaton Robson Trophy, an event where points can be obtained towards the Suffolk Golf Handicap Race to Aldeburgh. In excess of 40 competitors took part.

The Seaton Robson Trophy went to Callum Pearce (Ufford Park) 5 handicap who carded 78-75 for a 17 over par gross score of 153 nett 143. He finished 3 shots better than Jack Levermore,2 handicap from the home club and 4 ahead of Thomas Rutherford Caister- scratch, Roger Taylor 4 Aldeburgh and Chris Bartrum scratch Diss

The best gross was returned by Patrick Spraggs plus 5 from the home club with 74-68 for a 6 over par total of 142.Ben Willis plus 3 from Swaffham and Andres Acevedo plus 6 from the USA were 2 shots behind on 144.
