Suffolk Seniors playedy Cambridgeshire Seniors in an East Anglian Seniors League match at Halesworth Golf Club on Monday 7th June.

After the morning foursomes Cambridgeshire held a 3.5-1.5 lead with Suffolk’s only win coming from Graham Shillings and Simon Goldsmith who beat Kevin Diss and Neil Hughes 4 & 2. Paul Buckle and Steve Crosby halving their game.

In the afternoon singles Suffolk could only manage wins from Goldsmith, O’Doherty, Duffety and Taylor with Whymark halving leaving Cambridgeshire comfortable winners by 9-6
