Suffolk Seniors entertained Essex Seniors in a friendly match at Stowmarket Golf Club on Monday 11th April. The match consisted of 12 singles games.

Results- James O’Doherty beat Kevin Lye 2 up, Roger Nicholson beat Steven Rooney 1 up,Graham Sykes lost to Perter Heaney 2 down, Gary Seaman halved with Mark Stones, Adrian Studd halved with David Tong, Phil Smailes lost to Michael Partridge 6 & 4, John Newsome beat Sean Dolton 4 & 3, Nigel Robson halved with Chris Bellamy, Stephen Duffety halved with Keith Robinson, Sean Sidney lost to Paul Knight 4 & 3, Graham Shillings lost to Jeff Bearman 3 & 1, Kevin Brooks lost to Paul Wilkinson 5 & 4
