Kingfishers win the Beaumont Trophy

The final of the Beaumont Trophy between Kingfishers and Haverhill was played at Seckford Golf Club on Wednesday 25th September.

Kingfishers defeated last year’s winners, Haverhill by 8 holes.

Results- Alec Kinge and Garry Taylor beat Bob Hammett and Dennis White 5 holes, Terry McCusker and Graham Baldwin beat Jim Walker and Nick Bailey 1 hole, Jeff Moore and Alan Biddle beat Chris Briggs and Russell Gritty 5 holes, Brian Taylor and Ray Rudland lost to Andrew Cornish and John Levey 3 holes.
