Last Sunday, Albert Richmond, one of the county squad members, scored a hole in one at Ipswich Golf Club.
Playing on the Bixley Course, Albert hit an 8 iron into the 5th, it carried the right hand side bunker with a high draw, landed, rolled 4 yards and went in.
Very well done to Albert and perhaps the start of many!
After some indifferent and indeed very wet conditions for the previous two days the final day saw glorious conditions.
