Fricker pick of Suffolk Juniors in Faldo Series at Vale Resort, Wales National
6 Suffolk boys took part in the Faldo Series event held 10-12th August at the Vale Resort, Wales National.
George Fricker (Woodbridge) was the pick of the boys carding rounds of 75,74 and 70 for a 2 over par total of 219 which placed him 4th in the Under 18 group and joint 10th overall. Max Weaver shot 78,70,78 for 9 over par 226 and 20th place in the Under 18’s.Taylor Crisp (Woodbridge) 14 over after 2 rounds missed the cut.
In the Under 16’s Tyler Weaver (Bury St Edmunds) shot 76,76,74 for a 9 over par total of 226 and 7th place. Teddy Hall (Bury St Edmunds) shot 81,71,78 for a 13 over par 230 and 17th place whilst Sid Neenan (Felixstowe Ferry) shot 76,80,77 for a 16 over par total of 233 and 26th place.
