Fishing Smack & Jubilee Cup

Rookery Park was the venue for their annual competition for the Fishing Smack, a Suffolk Handicap Order of Merit event, on Sunday 24th July. 45 players took part.

The Jubilee Cup, best gross over 36 holes went to Chris Bartrum, plus 1 handicap, from Diss who had rounds of 75-75 for a 6 over par total of 150. Chris Soanes (Rookery Park) carded 76-75 for 151 with Max Toombs (Stoke By Nayland) and Luke Thompson (Rookery Park) on 152 with rounds of 76-76 and 79-73 respectively.

The Fishing Smack was won by Andy Coleman (Rookery Park) 14 handicap with rounds of 83-86-169 nett 141, from son Scott Coleman and Kieran Baldwin (both Rookery Park) on 145.
