The u14s played their second league match at Middlesex on Sunday. Having practiced is warm conditions match day was cold.

Suffolk were victors 5 - 3 against the hosts with perhaps the half points gained by Hugh Oliver and Alfie Williams crucial. Against Norfolk there were some learning issues and Norfolk ran out winners by 6 - 2. Special mention to Reece Edwards and Edward Cobbald who were unbeaten on the day.

Manager Ian Woodhead said we had a simple game plan but we didn't all stick to it. We will be working on our short game at the next coaching session and our destiny is still in our own hands.
