Sunday saw the final u16 match of the year with the Tom Finn being contested by Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire & Rutland and Suffolk.

Suffolk were hosting the event and it was played at Flempton who are thanked for allowing us to use the course.

After a wet and horrid morning the sun came out by the 1pm start and it was a lovely afternoon. The game was played in great spirit with some matches perhaps producing a convincing win while others were close and intense affairs.

With one game out on the course it was established that Suffolk would be this years winners with the end scores being Suffolk 20, Cambs 16 and L & R 12. After some barren years it was great for Suffolk boys to be back winning.
