Seniors off to a great start
Cambridgeshire entertained the Suffolk Senior side for the first Anglian League match of the season
The Senior side kicked off their league campaign with a visit to the Links at Newmarket. The preseason work had gone well and hopes were high for this campaign. A number of players had been recruited making for interesting selection issues for captain Graham Sykes happily restored after his recent injury. The foursomes in the morning were shared with the score 2.5 - 2.5 at lunch. The afternoon singles went Suffolk's way with a resounding 10 - 5 win recorded.
