The last league match of the year saw us sitting in pole position in the league. A win and only Norfolk could beat us. At lunch it was tight with a 3 - 2 score line to the visitors to Stowmarket and all to play for.

The hard bouncy fairways made ball control very difficult however a good shot to the green was rewarded. The was much endeavour from the team however the Lincolnshire team made better use of the conditions and triumphed on the day after winning the singles by 8.5 to 1.5.
