As the hot weather continues and the courses of Suffolk show large swathes of burned off grass the competitions continue a pace.

Flempton travelled to Bungay and Waveney Valley and came away with a 2 hole win and in the semi final will play Thorpeness who entertained Stowmarket and won by 9 holes.

The other semi-final will see Hintlesham, who beat Diss by 6 holes play Halesworth who defeated Bury St Edmunds by 9 holes.
