Teddy Hall finishes ties 39th in McGregor Trophy

The English Under 16 Stroke play Championship for the McGregor Trophy was played at Radcliffe-On-Trent Golf Club 16-18th July. 144 players took part playing 36 holes with the top 40 and ties progressing to play a final 36 holes.

Teddy Hall (Bury St Edmunds) was Suffolk’s only entrant and he made the cut on the mark of 144 tied 35th after rounds of 73 and 71. Teddy added 72 and 82 for an eighteen over par total of 298 which saw him finish tied in 39th place.

The Championship was won by Joshua Hill (Galgorm Castle) who carded 64,72,70,70 for a four under par total of 276.
