Beaumont Cup Semi Finalists Are Known

BEAUMONT CUP SEMI FINALISTS ARE KNOWN

While the small matter of the General Election was taking place the 8 remaining teams in the Beaumont trophy took part in some tight finishes which in election terminology may have needed a recount.

Diss travelled to last years finalists Hintlesham and came away with a narrow 1 hole win. This set up a semi final encounter with Rushmere who managed to hold of the challenge of Gorleston winning by 2 holes. This match will be at Brett Vale.

Ufford Park travelled to Bramford and won by 4 holes meanwhile Seckford used home advantage to good effect in defeating Stowmarket by 12 holes. There semi final meeting will be held at Fynn Valley.

The semi finals will take place on Thursday 1st August.
